VITAMIN D3  DEFICIENCY-

The biggest source of vitamin D is sunlight.Due to mechanical lifestyle and busy schedule people are becoming dependent on machines like mobile,t.v.,going to gym etc;which is becoming the biggest cause of many diseases one of them is lack of VITAMIN D in the body.

CAUSE-
Exposure to sunlight is limited.
Low consumption of fish,egg,cheese,milk.
Obesity.
Kidney is not able to convert vitamin D in its active form.


SYMPTOMS-
Pain in bone,muscle weakness, cardiovascular diseases,severe asthma in children if blood level is low,skeletal deformities,arthritis,weakness in nerves,depression,broken bones,chronic pain,excessive sweating.

NATURAL AND AYURVEDIC PREVENTION/TREATMENT-
Take sunlight daily.
Eat healthy and take food that contains vitamins like,egg,milk,cheese.
Take Calcirol pouches available in near by medical store once in a week in milk that contains calcium and carbohydrates.
