Neem is a tree in the mahogany family Meliaceae. It is native to India, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Pakistan. It grows in tropical and semi-tropical regions. It was also the state tree of Hyderabad Deccan.

USES

Products made from neem have been used in India for over two millennia for their medicinal properties. They are said to be antifungal, antidiabetic, antibacterial, antiviral, contraceptive and sedative. Neem products are also used in selectively controlling pestsin plants. Neem is considered a part of Ayurvedic medicine.^[1][2][3]

• All parts of neem are used for preparing many different medicines, especially for skin disease.^[4]
• Part of the Neem tree can be used as a spermicide .
• Neem oil is used for preparing cosmetics (soap and shampoo, as well as lotions and others), and is useful for skin care such asacne treatment. Neem oil has been used effectively as a mosquito repellent.
• Neem is useful for damaging over 500 types of insects, mites, ticks, and nematodes, by changing the way they grow and act. Neem does not normally kill pests right away, rather it slows their growth and drives them away. As neem products are cheap and not poisonous to animals and friendly insects, they are good for pest control
• In the UK, plant protection products that contain azadirachtin, the active ingredient of neem oil, are illegal.

THROAT CANCER- The abnormal growth or spread of cells that form tumor inside the throat region pharynx or larynx.

Symptoms-changes in your voice,chronic cough,difficulty in swallowing,sore throat,swelling in neck and throat,bleeding in the mouth or from nose,ear pain.

Causes- smoking, excessive alcohol consumption,genetic mutation,chewing tobacco,eating junk food always.

गर्भधारण हेतू कुछ उपाय

तीन ग्राम गौरोचन,
10 ग्राम असगंध,
10ग्राम गजपीपरी तीनों को

 बारीक पीसकर चूर्णं बनाएं।
फिर पीरिएड के चौथे दिन से निरंतर पांच दिनों तक 15 से 20 ग्राम तक इस चूड़ को दूध के साथ पिएं।

गर्भ ठहर जाएगा 

महिलाओं को शतावरी चूर्णं घी – दूध में मिलाकर खिलाने से गर्भाशय की सारी विकृतियां दूर हो जाएंगीं और वे गर्भधारण के योग्‍य हो जाती है

10 ग्राम पीपल की ताज़ी कोंपल जटा कुट करके 500मि.ली. दूध में पकाएं।
जब वह मात्र 200मि.ली. बचे तो उतारकर छान लें।
फिर इसमें शहद मिलाकर पीरिएड होने के 5वें या 6ठे दिन से खाना शुरू कर दें। य
ह बहुत अच्‍छी औषधि मानी जाती है।

VITAMIN D3  DEFICIENCY-

The biggest source of vitamin D is sunlight.Due to mechanical lifestyle and busy schedule people are becoming dependent on machines like mobile,t.v.,going to gym etc;which is becoming the biggest cause of many diseases one of them is lack of VITAMIN D in the body.

About Dr. Rahul Chaturvedi : The Life Saver

 INTRODUCTION

Aacharya Rahul Chaturvedi was born on 14^th October 1992. He has completed his initial education in District Hisar (Haryana) and Bahraich Uttar Pradesh because of transferable job of his father.He did his post graduation in two subjects;M.Sc in organic chemistry from avadh university  as well as M.A. in acharya ayurved from Sampurnanand Sanskrit University Varanasi Uttar Pradesh.Hehas also passed out UPSC exam.After joining due to visually incident medical reason case is in Supreme Court.and also did Ph.D in chemical and ayurveda from ayurvedic university jamnagar Gujarat. During the completion of Ph.D he  lost his eye sight in a chemical incident but being a visually impair ment person he didn’t lost his hope and faith in life,continued his education and did another Ph.D in vaastu and jyotish from Sampurnanand Sanskrit University Varanasi Uttar Pradesh.

Presently, he is active as a social worker in Ghaziabad from past few years.

INSPIRATION FOR SOCIAL ACTIVITY

Rahul had keen interest in the field of Research since his childhood. His light & playful early days turned into more serious and determined existence with passage of time. Rahul spent all his pocket money on Books, Bags and Pens etc. for helping his needy classmates. But he never knew that he will have to complete his education with own hard earned money that too without any support.

Analyzing his deprived life of past 24 years Rahul had taken decision to help needy and destitute people like him.

Once, Rahul was in Aminabad, Lucknow, being a blind man he asked people around to help him cross the road but no one turned on then one man came forward to help him and both unfortunately met with an accident.  When Rahul came to know that the kind person who helped him was already handicapped, he got deeply affected by the whole incident which made him more determined to help the needy such as orphans, handicapped, aged person, widow, poor and deprived people.

For serving the society he then established his social work organization “Rashriya Samaj Evam Dharmarth Sewa Sansthan” in Ghaziabad with the vision “MANAV SEWA HI MADHAV SEWA HAI”. Without any govt. or non-govt. institutional grant, he started to serve the humanity through establishing a home for orphans, handicapped and other deprived children,  a free of cost  Ayurvedic Health and Treatment Center, a free of cost vocational training center for poor girls and women, organizing

For this purpose he spent all his money procured by the Yagya, Hawan, Puja and donations. 

SOCIAL WORK & ACHIEVEMENTS:

·         Being a completely visually impaired person,Rahul has served till date 268 Orphans, disabled and other under privileged children. He not only provided shelter to them but also made sure that their basic needs like food, clothing and good education are also fulfilled in a good way.

·         Provided free medical aid to more than 6 lakh patients of Cancer, Ulcer, Arthritis, Gastric, Spinal cord injury, Psoriasis, Migraine, Heart Disease, Stomach   and incurable disease has been cured by him using acupressure therapy and by distributing free Ayurvedic  medicines to such patients.

·        Organized a huge number of Medical Camps.

·         Provided free services for promotion of Yoga and Ayurveda in different places of America.

·         5 Students doing B.Tech & B.B.A., whose fees sponsored by Rahul.

·         Organized 500 Personality Development Camps for poor students at various places.

·         At present Rahul is sponsoring the cost of education to 35 under privilege children. He is bearing all hostel expenses of these poor children.

·         Made self dependent 278 girls and women through operating vocational training center.

One has to face various difficulties in the path of Social Service. So is with Rahul also. If required, he accept help & co-operation from the individuals having same object. But till time he never took any grant from Government.

Many organizations appreciated his efforts and honored Rahul for his distinguished services to Society.  Few of them are:

·         U.P. Film Journalist Association awarded him “FILM MEDIA AWARD-2011”.

·         Dabur India has given “Uttam Vaidya Raj Samman”

HE GOT A VERY GOOD CHANCE TO SERVE AS AN AYURVEDIC PERSONAL DOCTOR OF THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA FROM 9TH MARCH 2019.. IN HIS YOUNG AGE.
